Our packaging.

Your recycled bottle items will come presented in a sturdy brown box.

We aim to make our packaging as environmentally friendly as possible.

•  We use bio-degradable bubble wrap to protect our boxes in transit. Unlike normal bubble wrap, which takes years to breakdown, this product degrades much more quickly and leaves no harmful residue in the soil.

• Our boxes contain a minimum of 75% recycled card, and are of course reusable and recyclable.

• Finally, we use biodegradable mailing bags to protect the packages in transit. These bags are made from 95% recycled materials and are 100% recycleable and degradable.

We aim to dispatch your items to you within 7 working days of ordering, wherever possible within a couple of days of your order being placed (order processing and dispatch takes place Monday to Friday).  However, at busy times, or during postal disputes, this may take longer - should there be a significant delay, we will contact you to let you know the estimated dispatch date.
